At the open-air museum Disagården in Gamla Uppsala visitors can experience how people lived in the Upplandic countryside during the late 1800’s. Summer café open June–August Saturdays and Sundays. Guided tours in July and August.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all large group activities are cancelled. 

Guided tours every day.  Summer Café open Saturdays and Sundays.

You are welcome to wander around the Open-Air Museum and enjoy the traditional animal breeds, historic buildings and our garden.

Opening hours 2020

Open daily in June–August between 10 am and 5 pm. 

Summer café open June–August, Saturdays and Sundays between 11 am and 3 pm.


Guided tours in July and August 

Daily at 1 pm.

Open house daily at 2–3 pm in one of the farmsteads or the soldier’s cottage.

Open houses on weekends between 1 and 4 pm.
